Counselor's visit and interviewing

Our counselor will visit you and hear about your needs in detail. We will confirm what you want, how many times a week, how many hours you need, etc., and select a staff member who meets your needs.

One-day trial (with fee)

You will experience a one-day trial first, before signing a regular contract. We offer this trial service to ensure that both our customers and staff feel comfortable.
One-day trial fee: 4 hours
8,000 yen [8,800 (including tax)] + actual travel expense

Feedback after the trial

After the trial, both the customer and the staff member are interviewed about their impressions of the experience in order to select the most appropriate staff member.

Contract

Based on the feedback after the trial, a regular contract will be made upon mutual agreement.
Even if the agreement is not reached, we will introduce you to another staff member. So don't worry.
